You have been sent a Welcome email which contains links to your shared Common Calendar and your individual, personal Calendar.

Please click both links in your Welcome email. This will open Google Calendar. Add both calendars to a Google Calendar account.

Note: alternatively, if you wish to sync the Google Calendars to another app then you can do so, but please ensure you subscribe to the calendar (don’t just one-time import it) so that it stays up to date. These instructions on importing Google Calendars to Outlook explain how to achieve this for Microsoft Outlook. Other email programs should have a similar function.
